Skylotec, Skyvest G-1000

SKYVEST is designed to reduce injuries in case of falls from low heights. It consists of a waistcoat with reflectors and an integrated airbag made of tear-resistant material that inflates in the case of a fall. SKYVEST is inflated via a pressure bottle equipped with a pyrotechnic release. The inflation unit is connected to an electronic sensor unit that detects a fall situation based on parameters such as movement, acceleration and position of the person. In this way, not only the chest and back, including the spine, are protected, but also the back of the head and rump area. The waistcoat is put on with three click fasteners and can be reused after the airbag has been deployed. SKYVEST can be used flexibly, independently and universally for a period of 24 hours.
